Lace Wig Co. will be awarding a free full lace wig plus an adhesive starter kit to a woman who are experiencing hair loss due to Cancer, Alopecia, Trichotillomania or any other condition that causes hair loss. The winner will receive a custom full lace wig. Lace Wig Co. staff will assist the winner with everything from properly measuring your head size to applying your wig. We are also offering a Free 1 hour consultation to winner who wish to come into our office for assistance on selecting a wig and being measured.

Who Can Enter
1.To be eligible to participate in this campaign giveaway, entrants must be U.S. residents who are suffering from hair loss due to Cancer, Alopecia, Trichotillomania or other conditions that cause hair loss. The minimum age requirement for this contest is 18. IMPORTANT: Entries from women not suffering from these conditions will not be accepted for this particular campaign.
2. Employees of Lace Wig Co. [and any other company sponsoring the contest], their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
Requirements of Winners
By entering this drawing the winner agree to the following terms:
1. Each winners must agree to take before and After Photos along with a Testimonial.
2. Each winner must agree to submit the before and After Photos along with a Testimonial to Lace Wig Co. so that we can publish them on the campaign winners page of our website at www.lacewigco.com. These photos must be of good quality and must be a clear and close up head shot.
3. Each winner agree to submit a Before Photo of themselves prior to receiving their full lace wig within 10 business days of receiving their winner notification. This can be a photo of your natural self or one of yourself featuring the wig or hair style that you presently wear.
4. Once the Before Photo is received, your free full lace wig and kit will ship out to you within 1-3 business days.
5. All winners then agree to submit their After Photo within 10 business days of receiving the wig. These photos must be of good quality and must be a clear and close up head shot.
6. Both photos will be featured on our website under the campaign winners' page.
7. The Before Photos will be placed on the website immediately upon receipt.
8. The After Photos and Testimonial will be placed on the website within 1-2 business days of receipt.
9. The winner will send their Before and After Photos along with a Testimonial to contest@lacewigco.com
10. Winners are not required to come into the office to pick up their full lace wig, it Can be shipped to you with signature required.
How to Enter
1. Request the entry form online by sending a email to contest@lacewigco.com
2. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. One entry per person.
(a) Multiple entries will be discarded.
(b) Multiple e-mail addresses from the same IP is considered SPAMMING, and will not be acceptable.
(c) All entries will have their IP addresses monitored and recorded. Participants not adhering to these rules will be permanently deleted from the drawing.4. To enter, fill out the online contest entry form. Make sure you fill out the form with a valid e-mail address and telephone number. This is the information that we will use to notify the WINNER. If the information is incorrect, another randomly selected WINNER will be chosen. So, make sure to properly fill out the entry form.
5. The contest starts on April 01, 2009 and all entries must be received by 5 p.m. CT on May 09 , 2009. Lace Wig Co is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail errors. A Winner will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries and announced on May 24, 2009. The WINNER will be notified by the e-mail and telephone number that they provide on the entry form.
The Prize
1. A winner will be selected at random. The winner will receive: (1 each) Full Lace Wig and Adhesive Starter Kit. Valued up to $599.00 (MSRP).
2. Winner will be notified by e-mail and telephone. A return response via e-mail and/or telephone from the winner will be required in order to ship the prize.
3. Failure to respond to our notification within 10 business days will constitute forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of Lace Wig Co. Distributors and another winner will be drawn.
4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes.
5. The winner will receive a free full lace wig and adhesive starter kit via UPS with Signature required - we will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
6. Only one prize will be awarded per entrant.
7. Lace Wig Co. is not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
8. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Lace Wig Co. will have the right to publicize your name, and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
